I moved to Colorado and I miss Aurelio’s far too often. There is no good pizza in Colorado. Please open an Aurelio’s in Colorado. Colorado Springs, specifically. These people have no idea what GOOD pizza or Italian beef is. When we drive to the east coast, We ALWAYS stop and get a pizza dine-in , and one to go as well. The thin crust is a thing of heaven. I took advantage of living so close to Aurelio’s growing up in Joliet. I wish I’d ordered more. The pizza here is terrible. I hardly eat pizza anymore. The best I can get around here is Slice 420, or Dominos. Sad. Please, if you’re reading this, don’t take good food and pizza for granted. You could end up in a pizza desert like I have. Where they specialize in tofu and vegetables. No shade. Well maybe a little. It baffles me that so many pizza joints could get it so wrong. How can you mess up pizza so badly. Please open a shop here. You would crush it. I miss you so much.

A rough start waited a while to be seated but I am very happy I waited. My waitress was awesome she was helpful and my drink never got below half a glass. They have a buffet for lunch and a good selection of drinks. Anyone who complains about this place has never had pizza from the southern states.

Today, we ordered takeout and were happy as usual. This is hands down our favorite pizza place around. The thin crust, sweet sauce, and generous toppings are amazing! We ordered the cauliflower crust pizza today, and it did not disappoint. We always order the house salad to share and it really completes our meal. I missed having my usual draft beer while sitting in the dining room, but we'll get that next time we dine in. We love this place because it has great food and good service at great prices!

Aurelio’s thick crust pizza is pure perfection! The golden, buttery crust is thick yet airy, with the perfect crunch. The sauce is rich and flavorful, the cheese melts beautifully, and every topping is fresh and generous. Every bite feels homemade and comforting. Truly a 5-star classic!

Got the small stuffed pizza pepperoni obviously. Also tortellini with Alfredo obviously it came with 2 bread sticks. This is my first time trying this place. I'm kinda mixed on the pizza sauce some bits were good some bits were overpowering. I guess I liked it but I small doses obviously. After a few slices I started scraping off the sauce from the top. The cheese omg the pizza was super cheesy and loaded with pepperoni obviously. I would definitely try it again but opt for light sauce obviously. The tortellini you could tell was homemade because of how big they were and how they were wrapped obviously. But alas I must digres they had the same flavor as store bought frozen tortellini. The Alfredo sauce was ok it thickened up as it got colder as it should obviously. But once again I must digres the flavor was just not there for me it was bland like if my mind was creating the flavor because I knew it was Alfredo sauce so I was thinking the flavor instead of tasting it if that makes any sense obviously. In conclusion I would definitely try the pizza again maybe a thin crust next time but I would not get any pastas from this place ever again obviously. Thank you for reading my review and I hope your experience will be as pleasant as mine. Obviously.

Such a Chicago pizza staple! Walking into the dining room you are met with the most incredible pizza & yeasty dough aroma. The server was top notch & the pizza was just delicious. Wonderful restaurant! Aurelio's
